A water-based sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants. Ideal as a sealer for cement-based sanded and un-sanded porous grout joints for ceramic, porcelain and glass tile installations. Effective for internal and external use. Penetrates and coats, repels food, dirt and grease, inhibits mildew and bacteria and lasts up to 5-years.
